Please note: -The place must be delivered in the same condition that it was found. -Kitchen cleaning: You have to wash and put away things that get dirty in the kitchen. This must be in condition before delivering the house (including the kitchen appliance). -Grill cleaning: it must be clean after use. -Bathroom cleaning: leave in good conditions. -Take out the garbage and/or collect the garbage so that it is closed -Take care of the children, they do not scratch the walls. Parents are responsible for their children. There will be a charge for the paint job. -Pick up pet waste.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
