Due to the property’s security policies, identification documents will be required from all guests, as well as from the cardholder of the credit card used for the reservation. We do not accept cash payments, as our buildings do not have a reception desk where payment can be made upon arrival. We only accept digital payment methods. To complete the check-in, the full amount of the stay must be paid in advance. If guests choose to pay the full reservation amount by credit card, a 15% management fee will apply. Alternatively, you may pay only the first night using this method, and the remaining balance via bank transfer or deposit, with no additional charges. We only accept reservations made with credit cards issued by Argentine banks. Prices are calculated in ARS at the official USD exchange rate; however, you should consider the USD price shown on the platform. The exchange rate can be applied up to one day prior to the check-in date.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
