For security reasons established by the property, all guests will be required to provide identification documents, as well as the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation. We do not accept cash payments, as our buildings does not have an on‑site reception where guests can pay upon arrival. All payments must be completed through digital methods. The full amount of the stay must be paid before check‑in can be completed. If guests choose to pay the full reservation amount by credit card, an additional 15% processing fee will apply. Alternatively, guests can pay only the first night using a credit card, and the remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer or deposit, without any additional charges. We only accept reservations made with credit cards issued by Argentine banks. Rates are calculated in ARS based on the official USD exchange rate; however, the price you should consider is the amount shown in USD on the platform. The currency conversion can be processed up to one day before the check‑in date.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
